Boelens Project Intelligence & Consult is an independent specialist in project learning and improvement, founded by Arjen Boelens and built on over 40 years of project experience in the Netherlands and internationally.
We combine the judgement gained from decades of hands-on experience with the opportunities offered by data analysis, automation and artificial intelligence. We help organisations turn data, knowledge and experience into informed decisions, practical actions and better project outcomes.
Our expertise includes Lessons Learnt, Risk & Opportunity Management and project gate reviews. We facilitate workshops, develop practical processes and create tailored Excel-based tools that help clients apply insights in their day-to-day work. We also deliver AI workshops adapted to each client’s needs and working environment.
Clients work directly with Arjen, with additional expertise drawn from an established professional network where needed. Our approach is personal, structured and focused on improvements that clients can put into practice and sustain.
